Arrival

Free Time
After arriving at the preschool, children will wash their hands and then take their water bottles and messages books from their bags and put them in designated baskets.

Morning Circle Time
Sit in a circle and sing the month’s song. Also check the date and the weather. Then go over the day’s craft and the other activities for the day.
From July, a child will be chosen as leader to check the date and weather from the other students.

Morning Activities
- Study Time
- Arts and Crafts
The students will make a craft for 10~15 minutes three times a week.
During Study Time, the children will have fun learning English from a native teacher using a simple textbook and through games. They will focus mainly on phonics.

Outside Play
On days with good weather, the children will play in our playground or the class might take a trip to a nearby park.
At either place, the children will enjoy fun play and games with everyone.

Lunch Time
The children enjoy the hot lunch that is prepared each day. They will learn how to properly use utensils and slowly start learning how to use chopsticks. Towels for wiping their mouths and table area are prepared and washed daily. Once a week the children will eat lunch boxes prepared for them by their mothers or fathers.
Once a month the children also enjoy helping out with the cooking for meals like sandwiches or pizza.

Story Time
Every day the native teacher reads a book that corresponds to the season and monthly theme.

Snack Time

Quiet Time
The children can choose their own book and say “Read this book, please.” and have the book read to them while their friends look on too. Or spend their time quietly on the carpet.
The picture books are changed according to the months theme.

Afternoon Circle Time
Talk about the day’s activities and what to expect for the next day. Have fun playing a simple game or singing and dancing. Lastly sing the “Goodbye Song.”
